Please Only Pick One Email Address For Each Email. Sending The Same Email To Multiple Email Addresses (like "generalquestions"and "peb_..") Only Slows Down Response Times!!!
We have had to adjust wait times since some people still insist on putting all email addresses in the send to box for the same message or will email us to these emails once a day until we get back to you. This really, really backs us up. So please be courteous and just send to one email address below that best fits your circumstance.
Also please note that since Robin is using Gmail and tries to go from the oldest email up, if you email her more than once before she gets back to you, it gmail automatically will move your other unread email to the same date as your new email which will set it back even more since it will be considered newer. So it is best to wait until she gets back to you other wise you might wait longer. It is just how Gmail is set up and is not something we have been able to change.
