We have the ability to create our lives to be anything we choose it to be.  One of the greatest tools that we have is our imagination.  Your imagination can be a great tool in manifestation but it can also be a great hindrance.  It's all about how you use it.  For me personally, there have been so many times when I don't get the phone call or text I have been waiting for or I have the weird conversation with someone and my imagination takes over thinking about worst case scenarios.  In these situations I am using my imagination to create what I don't want. This can hinder any spell work and actually work against it.  

There is an exercise that I recommend doing at least once per day.  I am not a morning person at all so I like to do this in the evening before I go to bed when I am relaxed and everything is quiet, but you should do what works for you.  Sit in a comfortable chair, you can lay on a bed as long you are sure you won't fall asleep.  Try to get into a meditative state by focusing on your breathing and listening to the sounds around you.  Once you are in a calm state begin to imagine what you look like and what your life looks like when your spells have manifested.  Often times we imagine as a movie screen and see the images as if we are watching ourselves on the screen.  Don't do that.  Imagine that you are seeing it as if you are actually there.  If it is a love spell you are working on, see the person kiss you, what do they look like as they come close to your face?   What do they smell like?  How do they feel?  Do you hear any noises?  How do you feel?  What do they taste like?  Try to imagine what it's like to hang out with that person when they are permanently in your life. What are you doing?  What fun conversations are you having?  What is your day to day life like?  Imagine it as if it is actually happening.  If it is a money spell you are working on, see yourself writing the check or going online to pay off your bills.  See yourself in a store shopping or shopping online and buying everything that you want.  There are all kinds of fun ways to use money.  Try to imagine how you would use your money.  How does that abundance feel?  

Another option  is to write stories.   Just like in the above scenarios, you are going to write it as if your spell has already manifested.  Try to use as many of the 5 senses as possible, what do you see, feel, hear, taste and touch.  Again, you want to write them as if they are actually happening.  I am a huge fan of this.  There have been many stories that I have written and then forgotten about.  I will find these stories at a later date and be amazed at how many of them actually came true in some shape or form.

Some things to consider when doing this, don't try to figure out how it's going to happen.  I have heard Robin say this and it's true.  Let the Universe work out the details.  Your focus is on imagining what it's like after your spell has manifested, not before.  When we try to work out the details we can let doubt seep in because there are situations where we truly don't know how it could possibly work out.  Trust that the universe is wiser than we are and believe that anything is possible...because it is.  

What about the times when you get emotionally hijacked or things seem like they are all wrong and your imagination starts to take over to create negative scenarios?  First of all, it happens to the best of us, so if it happens to you, don't be hard on yourself.  Secondly, thankfully, the creation process is not immediate.  If it were, we would all be creating a lot of things we don't want.  If something happens and you find yourself slipping into negative imagination, remember that the majority of the time what we are imagining isn't true.  I don't know how many times I have imagined the worst and the situation turned out to not be at all what I imagined it to be.  I know I am not alone in this.  Next, do what you need to do to take care of yourself.  I find that sometimes 20 minutes of intense exercise will get me into a better state of mind and help me to stop thinking about whatever it was that I was dwelling on.  Breathe is another technique.  If you own a smartphone there are apps that you can download for free that just helps you to breathe which will help you get into a calm state of mind.  Another important option, ask for a positive energy boost and/or order an aura cleanse.  I am a huge fan of the aura cleanse.  It really helps me to let go of negative energy.  You want to do whatever it is that helps you get into a more positive state of mind so that you can use your imagination to help you.
